Our NEW skin healing retreats for 2017

I have hand selected all of our retreat locations personally and I host each retreat myself. My book Radiant is focused on healing skin from within and that is absolutely key to our retreats. Whilst each retreat is set in a beautifully peaceful location, the yoga we practice and the food we serve is focused on restorative healing. I struggled with eczema and psoriasis for over 20 years and finally cleared my skin through a complete lifestyle change. It's really important to me to be able to share that with you, and doing so by taking you out of your regular environment and creating a space where you can begin to focus on the changes you need to make to get well again can be hugely beneficial. Above all, I understand the feelings of self consciousness associated with skin problems and really wanted to create an environment you'd feel comfortable and relaxed in. That's exactly what our retreats offer. 

Whether you're an accomplished yogi, or have never practiced yoga ever in your life, our intention is to make you feel 100% comfortable. We work with the loveliest yoga teachers to ensure you're looked after no matter how much of how little you've done. Yoga is not about getting into all sorts of back breaking poses. First and foremost the reason it forms such an integral part of our retreats is because it can be practiced by anyone. It's a fantastic way to begin moving the body, encouraging the flow of energy and lymphatic system which in turn feels supported to begin healing.

In addition to our morning and evening yoga practice, we also offer a range of activities, tailored to each retreat. Our Health and Fitness instructor Brad will join us on selected retreats. Brad will work with you one to one to set goals and targets no matter what it is you're looking to achieve. Whether you simply want to lose a few pounds, feel better within yourself or build muscle to feel healthier and stronger, Brad will take the time to listen to what you're interested in achieving and come up with the best way for you to do so - both on the retreat and to continue working on your programme once you're home.
